Account Deletion Request

Flota Trucking drivers and dashboard users can request deletion of their app account and associated personal data by email.

How to Request Deletion

Email support@flotatrucking.com with the subject “Flota Trucking Account Deletion Request.”

Include your full name and either your driver code or login email so the account can be identified.

What Will Be Deleted

  • Your login account may be disabled or deleted.
  • Personal profile details that are no longer needed may be deleted or anonymized.
  • Standalone documents uploaded by you may be deleted when they are not required for business or legal records.

What May Be Retained

Some records may need to be retained after an account deletion request, including trip tickets, delivery records, payroll or tax records, safety records, insurance records, compliance records, dispute records, or other records that Flota Trucking is legally or operationally required to keep.

Timing

Deletion requests are reviewed after receipt. Flota Trucking will make a reasonable effort to complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days unless additional verification or legal retention is required.
