Permitted Use
The Flota Trucking app and dashboard are internal business tools for authorized drivers, managers, and administrators. You may use the system only for Flota Trucking business purposes and only with an account assigned to you.
Account Security
Keep login credentials, temporary passwords, and driver codes secure. Do not share an account or use another person’s account without authorization.
Trip and Document Accuracy
Drivers are responsible for submitting accurate trip ticket information, signatures, documents, images, mileage, stop times, and related records.
Routing
Routing and navigation features are provided as operational aids. Drivers remain responsible for obeying road signs, laws, bridge limits, truck restrictions, and safe driving practices.
Changes and Access
Flota Trucking may update, suspend, or remove access to the app or dashboard as needed for operations, security, maintenance, or compliance.
