Flota Trucking provides an internal driver app and manager dashboard for trip tickets, document uploads, route support, driver accounts, and related operations. This policy explains what information is collected and how it is used.

Information We Collect

• Account information such as name, email address, driver code, employee/truck number, role, and account status.
• Trip ticket information such as route number, ticket number, stops, times, mileage, case count, trailer numbers, temperatures, signatures, and notes.
• Documents and images uploaded through trip submissions or standalone document uploads.
• Location information when drivers use routing or current-location features.
• Routing inputs such as origin, destination, stops, and truck dimensions entered by the user.
• Basic technical information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the app.

How We Use Information

• To create, submit, review, print, and retain trip tickets.
• To attach and manage documents related to trips and company operations.
• To support driver routing, route templates, and dispatch workflows.
• To manage driver, manager, and administrator accounts.
• To troubleshoot issues, maintain security, and comply with business or legal obligations.

Service Providers

The app may use service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, file storage, maps, routing, and document scanning. These providers process information only as needed to operate the app and related business systems.

Data Retention

Account data is retained while the account is active. Trip tickets, documents, signatures, and related records may be retained for business, compliance, tax, payroll, insurance, dispute, or legal purposes. Information that is no longer needed may be deleted or archived.

Account and Data Deletion

Users may request account deletion by following the instructions on the Account Deletion page. Some operational records may be retained when required for legitimate business or legal reasons.
